It’s a dedicated space with professional lighting and direction, where guests step in, feel like icons, and leave with the kind of portraits that usually require a studio booking. Think of it as the red carpet at your event.
Posing Tips During Events
I offer natural posing tips during my roaming event photography when it makes sense — simple adjustments to help you look your best.
Portrait Booth sessions are more formal and more posing-focused, but during regular events, I keep it easy, natural, and only guide when needed.
The Day of Your Event – What to Expect
When will you arrive for my event?
For standard event coverage (not portrait booth) I usually arrive about 30–60 minutes before coverage officially begins. This gives me time to settle in, scout the location, adjust lighting if needed, and start capturing atmosphere shots before the main moments unfold.
What happens if something unexpected comes up on the event day?
Flexibility is key. Events are unpredictable, and I come prepared to adapt.
Whether it’s a shift in schedule, surprise weather, or a last-minute change, I stay calm, focused, and ready to capture what matters most.
I’m one of the few vendors at your event without an agenda — I’m not there to control the story, only to document it in the most real and meaningful way possible.
What do you wear when photographing events?
I dress in a way that blends in with your guests — typically all black, clean, and professional.
My goal is to move through your event seamlessly, without drawing attention away from the moments happening around me.
Do you direct guests during the event?
During most of the event, I capture things candidly as they unfold.
If a moment needs a little guidance — like organizing a group photo or helping someone pose naturally — I’ll step in briefly to make sure the shot looks great, then let the event flow naturally again.
After Your Event
How long will it take to receive my photos?
If you’ve selected The First Glimpse add-on, you’ll get a curated sneak peek within one week. Otherwise, the full gallery is typically delivered within eight weeks. I balance quality and speed—every image is edited with care, never rushed.
Will my photos be edited?
Absolutely. Each image goes through meticulous editing to enhance natural tones, refine details, and ensure consistency. My editing approach is subtle yet impactful—making sure you look like the best version of yourself while maintaining authenticity.
How will I receive my photos after the event?
Your final images are delivered through a secure, password-protected online gallery. From there, you can easily view, download, and share your photos. Custom prints, albums, and framed options are also available directly through the gallery for added convenience.
How long will my online gallery be available?
Your private online gallery will be available for 3 months from the delivery date. If you need more time, no problem—you can extend access anytime. Just shoot me an email, and we’ll set it up. Gallery extensions are available as an easy add-on whenever you need.
Are my photos backed up and safe?
Yes—your memories matter, and I take photo security seriously. Your images are stored in a secure, password-protected online gallery and backed up in multiple locations to make sure they’re never lost. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your moments are safe, sound, and always retrievable.
Do you provide digital files?
Yes! Every package includes web-sized digital files—perfect for sharing online and keeping your memories close. If you’d like high-resolution files for printing, you can choose to add them for everyone as part of your package. If not, no problem—the option to purchase high-res images individually or in bundles is always available through the gallery shop.
How do I access my event photos and how do my guests get their images?
After your event, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share all your photos. Guests can easily access the same gallery too! They’ll have the option to pre-register during the event (it only takes a few seconds), and once you’ve approved the final images, the link is automatically sent to everyone who signed up.
Can the guest gallery be different from my main gallery?
Yes! If you’d prefer to keep certain photos private—like behind-the-scenes moments or family-only images—I offer a gallery customization add-on. You’ll get one gallery for yourself with everything, and a curated version for guests with only the images you want to share. It’s a simple way to keep things personal, while still letting your guests relive the celebration.
I don’t want to wait weeks—can I see some photos sooner?
Yes! With the First Glimpse add-on, you’ll receive a few curated highlights within a week of your event. It’s perfect for sharing a sneak peek while you wait for the full gallery to be delivered.
The Portrait Booth
What’s included in the Portrait Booth Experience?
The Portrait Booth package includes a complete setup with professional studio lighting, a clean backdrop, and full posing direction for each guest.
Every portrait is edited and delivered in an online gallery after the event, with options for prints, downloads, and even large-format framed pieces if you want.
It’s all about creating timeless, high-quality images — the kind your guests will actually want to keep.
How is the Portrait Booth different from a regular photo booth?
This isn’t a press-a-button-and-hope-for-the-best situation. The Portrait Booth is fully directed by me, with professional lighting and posing to make sure everyone looks amazing. It’s less “silly props and filters,” more “editorial vibes and hype crew energy.” Basically, it’s a portrait session that just so happens to be the most fun corner of your event.
How does the Portrait Booth work on the day of the event?
I’ll arrive early to set up a fully-styled mini studio with professional lighting and a clean backdrop.
Once we’re live, guests can step in anytime — no complicated queues or timers.
I guide every portrait personally, helping guests feel confident, natural, and looking their best.
Can the Portrait Booth be customized for my event?
Absolutely. The Portrait Booth is fully customizable to match your event style or brand.
We can personalize everything — from choosing a custom backdrop, to adding a posing table, to including subtle branding elements if you want them.
Just tell me your vision, and I’ll make it happen.
How many people can fit in a Portrait Booth photo?
The Portrait Booth is best designed for individuals, pairs, or small groups — usually up to 3–4 people comfortably.
If you have a larger group in mind, we can plan the setup accordingly to make sure everyone fits and looks great.
Booking, Payment, & Policies
Reserving Your Event Date
To officially reserve your date, a signed agreement and a retainer payment are required.
Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without both items completed.
Once you’re locked in, the day is yours — no split coverage, no distractions.
Finalizing Your Booking
Finalizing your booking is simple:

A non-refundable retainer (applied to your total balance).
After that, you’re officially confirmed on the calendar, and planning can begin.
Final Balance Timeline
The final balance is due 2 weeks before your event date.
This ensures everything is squared away early, so you can focus on enjoying your day without thinking about logistics. This also allows me to fully immerse myself into your event without having to worry about logistics.
Rescheduling Your Event
Life happens — I get it.
If you need to reschedule and I’m available for your new date, your booking can transfer without penalty.
If I’m unavailable for the new date, your retainer remains non-refundable, but I’ll do everything I can to recommend trusted colleagues if needed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date and time exclusively.
Any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date.
Every situation is handled with care, but securing a date means turning away other work — so fairness on both sides is key.
Adding Services After Booking
Absolutely.
You can upgrade your coverage, add services like the Portrait Booth, or extend hours anytime up until 30 days before the event.
After that point, changes are based on availability — but I always do my best to accommodate where possible.
