An elevated portrait experience for the beginning of the night that entertains your guests and keeps the momentum high

- Up to 3 hours of coverage - cocktail hour & early reception

Package II: The Reception Package
Your reception, elevated. Custom lighting and design that matches your wedding aesthetic, with enough coverage to capture the energy when it peaks—and give everyone a portrait they can't wait to frame.

- Up to 5 hours of coverage - cocktail hour till dancefloor peak
- Custom backdrop + set design to reflect your event’s tone

- Red carpet setup - velvet ropes, elegant backdrop, and a literal red carpet where your guests get the celebrity experience

The Portrait Booth FAQ
Q: What makes this different from a regular photo booth?
Regular photobooths are fun, but forgettable. Here's what makes us different:
- Professional Photographer On-Site
- Studio-Quality Lighting (2-3 strobe lights)
- Custom Booth Setups (furniture, backdrops, etc)
- Frame-Worthy Results - your guests will leave with their favourite images of themselves thanks to you.
Q: What if my guests (or I) don't know how to pose?
Don't worry, that's our job, we will guide every shot. The booth is equipped with a library of poses for you and your guests to browse. Once you decide on a pose, we'll make it work for your group and get everyone feeling comfortable before we take the shot. If you would rather not choose just let your photographer work their magic, we know what looks great.
Q: When should the Portrait Booth run during my wedding?
We've designed 3 packages to fit different timelines:
- The Cocktail Package (up to 3 hours)
- The Reception Package (up to 5 hours)
- The Legacy Package (full coverage)
Having said that, weddings are hectic and having extended coverage means you won't miss your chance at being in portraits too.
Q: When will I receive my photos?
You will receive an online sharable gallery of all the portraits from your event within 3-5 business days. If your package includes on-site printing, you and your guests will also be leaving with physical prints from the night
Q: How does the complimentary mini session work?
The Legacy Package includes a complimentary mini session for you as a couple, redeemable anytime wihtin 2 years. You can use it for anniversaries, maternity photos, family portraits, or just because.
Q: How much space does the booth need?
For Open-Concept Setup
10 x 12 ft.
For Red Carpet Setup (included in the legacy package):
10 x 15 ft
* NOTE: These are ideal dimensions, but we can adapt to most spaces. Get in touch even if your venue is tighter - we'll make it work.
Q: Can we customize the backdrop and design to match our wedding?
Absolutely. The booth is fully customizable to match your vision:
Fabric Backdrops - choose from our library of colour and texture, or we can source a specific fabric to match your pallette.
Set Furniture - bespoke pieces of furniture ideal for posing multiple subjects or making solo shots more fun.
Step-and-Repeat Backdrop - Want a red-carpet style backdrop with your names, monogram, or wedding date repeated across it? We can design and have one printed for you.
During your consult, we'll walk through your vision and design a setup that feels uniquely yours.
Q: Do you only shoot in black & white?
We default to black and white for a timeless, editorial aesthetic but you can choose to have colour portraits.
This is one of many customizations that you may add to your booth and we will go over all of them during our consultation phone call.
Q: What if our guests are camera-shy?
Honestly, even the most camera-shy guests end up loving this. There's something about being dressed up, professional lighting, and having someone guide you through it that makes people feel confident. We've had countless "I hate photos" guests come back to the booth multiple times in the same night.
Q: What's the Process to Book?
Easy. Click "Inquire Now" and let us know your wedding date and any ideas you have for your booth. If your date is available, we'll talk you through your wedding date, your vision, and which package fits best for you.
From there, some paperwork will secure your date and we get started on getting all the elements of your booth ready.
